2013 Nerdy Award Ballot
I have spent the past two weeks catching up on any 2013 Nerdy Book Club Award Nominees that I have missed. Using the Nerdy nominees to plan my next few reading experiences, helps me prioritize my end-of-year reading. I imagine many of you use the nominee list as a to-read list, too. We are, after all, book nerds:)
Thanks, again, to everyone who nominated their favorite children’s and young adult books of 2013. You picked some wonderful books.
Voting is now open for the 2013 Nerdy Book Club Awards. Select up to five favorites in each category, including picture books, early readers, poetry, graphic novels, nonfiction, and fiction. After tabulating your votes, we will announce the top five books for each category in daily feature posts beginning December 26th.
The 2013 Nerdy Award Ballot closes on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 11:59 pm Central Time.
Are you sitting comfortably? Then, we shall begin.

Voted!
Hurray!
I voted, but with great difficulty. So many amazing books on the lists!
Glad the ballots are open for a few days. I still have a couple I wanted to read first. I’m excited to vote soon!
I’m really hoping that all the books I voted for win.
As a librarian newby, I’m so excited to participate in the Nerdies! And what a great list of nominees.
